O Munster Koach era o carro da Família Monstro, que foi utilizado na série de TV Americana The Munster, Aqui no Brasil ficou conhecida como Os Monstros, os produtores da série precisavam de um carro que representa-se a família no seriado, e na época o melhor estúdio de criação era o do George Barris (George "The Legend" Barris), e assim deram esta missão ao The Barris Kustom City, Tom Daniel projetou, a produção e construção começou com Tex Smith e foi concluída por Dick Dean que na época também fazia parte do estúdio.
O Munster Koach estrelou mais de 20 episódios ao longo de dois anos em que esta série esteve sendo veiculada pela TV Americana, o desenho original criado por Tom Daniel e o senso criativo da equipe de Barris fizeram com que este veiculo entrasse para a história como um dos ícones automobilísticos da TV e do Cinema mundial, Acompanhem...
Curiosidade: Esta Série de TV estreou em 1964 pela rede CBS e ficou no ar até 1966, os seus episódios eram em preto e branco, um dos principais motivos para a sua queda de audiência, principalmente quando em 1966 a ABC lançou a sua série de TV Batman em cores, que transformaria os cult movies de maneira irreversível.
